Are sessions in-person or virtual?

We are a virtual-only practice at this time. All appointments are held via secure telehealth, allowing you to receive high-quality, compassionate care from the comfort of home. We currently serve clients located throughout Greater Hartford, CT and Greater Springfield, MA.

What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer individual and couples therapy for adults, individual and family therapy for adolescents and specialized in-person seasonal therapy groups. We integrate talk therapy, expressive arts, trauma-informed approaches, holistic practices, and creative interventions based on each client’s needs.

Who is music therapy for?

Music therapy is for people of all ages, regardless of musical background. At Restoration For You, music therapy can be integrated into sessions based on a client’s comfort level, interests, and therapeutic goals. Whether used to support emotional processing, grounding, self-expression, or deeper healing work, music becomes a flexible and evidence-based tool woven into your individualized care—not a requirement.

Do you offer medication management?

Yes. Our Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for adults. We take a holistic and collaborative approach, integrating medication support with therapy to address emotional and physiological well-being.

Do you work with ADHD and autism?

Yes. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for ADHD and autism for adults. Therapy support is also available to help clients build awareness, emotional skills, and strategies for daily functioning.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with several insurance providers. Select “Book Now” on our services page to explore which insurance providers we are in-network with. If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we offer private pay options.

Do you offer support for both emotional and physical aspects of mental health?

Yes. Our collaborative model—combining clinical counseling with psychiatric care—allows us to support the whole person: mind, body, and emotional experience.
